Mark Morgan
Mark Morgan is the seller and developer of Rancho El Nido and Bahia de Soledad.
Born and raised in South Carolina, his father and brother are both homebuilders. He got a degree in something like design before moving to California. In San Diego he earned a law degree and is currently licensed to practice in California although he doesn't practice. After discovering Mexico himself, he has been working on developing several property projects down there.Mark Morgan

Eventually his operations in Mexico led him to met and later marry Sissy Castro, a
native of Ensenada, Baja California. She started, owned and operated a popular tourist restaurant for several years before selling it and joining Mark Morgan to form this company. Sissi grew up exploring and touring Baja with a family of real estate investors and nature lovers. She has a lifelong passion for Baja's beauty and she knows Baja real estate.
